Before you ask.
How do I know which visa I qualify for?
Most people have more than one option and don't know it. Request a consult and we'll review your background, compare the pathways that fit, and tell you plainly how strong each case would be today. We'll also tell you what would make it stronger.
Do I need an employer to sponsor me?
It depends on the route. H-1B, L-1, TN and E-3 need a U.S. employer. An O-1 needs a U.S. employer or an agent, which lets you work with several companies. The EB-1A and EB-2 NIW green cards are self-petitions: no employer or job offer required.
How long does it take?
Preparing a strong case takes weeks. Evidence gathering is where we move fastest. USCIS timing varies by category, and many petitions can be upgraded to premium processing for a decision in weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline at evaluation.
Can I change jobs once I'm here?
Usually, yes. How you do it depends on your status. An O-1 is tied to its petitioner, so a new employer files a new petition (or you work through an agent). H-1B portability lets you start a new job once the new petition is filed. Talk to us before you resign.
What happens to my spouse and children?
Spouses and unmarried children under 21 can generally come with you in a matching dependent status, and receive green cards alongside you. Whether a spouse can work depends on the category; we'll map it out for your family.
What does an AI-native law firm mean for my case?
AI does the heavy lifting: it organizes evidence, drafts, and checks every detail against the requirements. You aren't billed for paperwork. Licensed attorneys set the strategy, review every page, and sign every filing. Your information stays confidential and is never used to train models.
