Terms of Use

Last updated: September 30, 2026

1. These terms

These terms apply when you use legalyti.law (the “site”), operated by Legalyti Law (“Legalyti,” “the firm,” “we,” or “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. General information only

The site explains U.S. immigration law in general terms. It is not legal advice about your situation. Immigration rules, fees, and processing times change often, and the right answer depends on your facts. Talk to an attorney before you act on anything you read here.

3. No attorney-client relationship

Using the site, sending us a message, or speaking with us in a free evaluation does not make you our client. An attorney-client relationship begins only when you and the firm sign a written engagement agreement.

Until then, please do not send us confidential or time-sensitive information. We may not be able to keep it confidential if we cannot take your case, for example because of a conflict of interest. If you face a deadline, say so in your message and do not wait for our reply to protect your rights.

4. Attorney advertising

This site may be considered attorney advertising under the rules of some states. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Every case is different, and no attorney can promise how a government agency will decide.

5. Our practice

We practice U.S. immigration law, which is federal law. Our attorneys are licensed by state bars and represent clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of State, and the Department of Labor. We do not handle matters outside immigration law.

6. Not a government website

Legalyti is a private law firm. We are not affiliated with USCIS or any other government agency. Government forms are available free of charge at uscis.gov.

7. Using the site

You agree not to:

  • send false information, or information about someone else without their permission;
  • send spam, malware, or automated submissions through the contact form;
  • try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or our systems; or
  • copy the site's content for commercial use without our written permission.

8. Our content

The text, images, video, and design of the site belong to Legalyti Law or its licensors. You may read, print, and share pages for your personal use, with attribution.

9. Links to other sites

The site may link to government agencies and other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

10. Disclaimers and limits

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site and are not liable for losses that arise from using it or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits our duties to clients under an engagement agreement or the rules of professional conduct.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
