Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Legalyti Law (“Legalyti,” “the firm,” “we,” or “us”) is a U.S. immigration law firm. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

If you become a client, your engagement agreement and our professional duty of confidentiality also govern how we handle your information. Where they give you more protection than this policy, they control.

2. Information we collect

  • What you send us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, whether you are an individual or an employer, your company, your country of citizenship, the visa you are interested in, a LinkedIn profile or website, and your message. All fields except your name, email, and message are optional.
  • What you share as a client. If you engage us, we collect what your case requires. This can include identity and travel documents, immigration history, education and employment records, evidence of your achievements, and information about your family members.
  • Technical information. Our servers record basic request data, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We use it to keep the site secure and to limit abuse of the contact form.

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and it loads no third-party tracking scripts.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to you and evaluate which immigration options may fit your situation.
  • To run conflict-of-interest checks, as the rules of professional conduct require.
  • To represent you and prepare your filings, if you engage us.
  • To keep this website and our systems secure.
  • To meet our legal, regulatory, and professional obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How we use AI

We use AI tools to organize evidence, draft documents, and check them against legal requirements. A licensed attorney reviews the work and makes every legal decision. The tools run under agreements that keep your information confidential, and your information is never used to train AI models.

5. Who we share it with

  • Service providers that help us run the firm, such as our case management platform, website hosting, and email delivery. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
  • Government agencies, such as U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of State, and the Department of Labor, when we file on your behalf.
  • Others you authorize, such as your employer, recommenders, or family members on a shared case.
  • When the law requires it, such as in response to a valid court order, and only as far as our duty of confidentiality allows.

6. How we protect it

We encrypt information in transit and at rest, limit access to the people working on your matter, and keep records of who accessed what. No system is perfectly secure, so please send sensitive documents only through the secure channels we give you after you engage us. Do not send them through the contact form.

7. How long we keep it

We keep inquiries that do not become cases for as long as we need them to respond, check conflicts, and keep a record of who contacted us. We keep client files for the period the rules of professional conduct and other laws require, then delete or anonymize them.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will not treat you differently for using them. Some information we must keep to meet legal or professional obligations, and we will tell you when that applies.

To make a request, use our contact form. We may need to confirm your identity first.

9. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13. When a case includes a child, we collect the child's information from a parent or guardian, and only as the case requires.

10. Where we process information

We store and process information in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to the United States.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this site before they take effect.

12. Contact us
